Purpose of 5S and Kaizen
- Provide the knowledge of 5s (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Implementation of 5S in work place
- and Continue to improvement
Main purpose: to provide the knowledge of 5s (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Creating space by removing unnecessary tools and equipment, keep place to be clean, hygiene, reduce and minimize waste in work place and improve workplace efficiency.
