Product portfolios, from HMC Broiler’s slaughter house, are guaranteed quality and safety to the consumers. Items, ranging from whole birds to cut-up meats, wing, drumstick, chicken feet, etc., aim to meet daily market demand. Product will be stored in a preserved environment such as cold room to maintain safety, stable quality, and comply with food standards.

HMC FARM
HMC Farm is an exclusive supplier of slaughtered broilers to HMC Broiler. The consumption of Broiler Feed inside the farm is supplied by DeHeus TMH an international animal feed manufacturer originally from the Netherlands.
All houses are equipped with modern closed-farm technology. All parameters are digitally controlled from the centralized controlled box. Microclimate was set, to best fit with the requirement of the birds in each phase of life, from the first day until slaughtered weight.
In addition, technical management inside the farm is managed by a group of professional veterinarians, following strict biosecurity protocol to protect the birds from outside contaminations such as bacteria and diseases, especially from the highly infectious virus like Avian Influenza (or “bird flu”).
