This meat production and packaging room has a cold temperature according to the chicken production line standard, which is an appropriate temperature level to maintain the quality of meat during the production process.

HMC supplies all pieces fresh &frozen of chicken, and huge customer’s needs.

HMC has vacuum packaging that facilitates local and global consumers. Chicken meat packaging is the process of enclosing chicken meat in a protective container to prevent contamination and extend its shelf life.

Before frozen, chicken is required to get through in frozen room within temperature -40CO before it’s packaged in cardboard and stored in a frozen room -20CO.

Provincial customers’ fresh chicken, we pack chicken in Styrofoam ice box.
